The first of its kind in Vizmin and dubbed as the biggest gathering of content creators and influencers in the country, Baicon Infest is already making some noise in the local social media community and infesting influencers and fans alike as it had its official press conference last October 3rd, together with the launching of the Search for the Next Bai TV Star powered by Cebu Pacific at Aspace Cebu which was hosted by Republic Group of Companies Project Manager Ivan Gregory Tan and local Influencer Issa Perez, the woman behind BaiTv’s Bayhana.
BaiCon’s highly-anticipated event will focus on influencers and content creators such as Erwan Heussaff, Mimiyuuuh, Rei Germar, Migy Romulo, Kimpoy Feliciano, Alem Garcia, David Wilde X, Mommy Haidee and Hazel Qing, Jako de Leon, Bogart the Explorer, Gino Quillamor, Vern and Verneice Enciso, Majo Lingat aka You Do Note, Kyo Quijano, Rozel Basilio, Luigi Pacheco, Marlon Marcelo, Dunno Pangan, and more.
Ongoers of the event will surely have a blast since they will not only be interacting with their fave influencers and content creators but they will also have the chance to participate in fun-filled activities such as Mimiyuuuhh’s “Dalagang Pilipina Challenge” wherein the viral Youtuber herself will pick the winner.
According to the panelist and organizers, the list of creators and influencers that are expected to come and join the event isn’t yet finalized and bigger names are yet to be revealed but with already over 30 influencers on board and more to come, this will surely be the biggest gathering of online talents in the country.
BaiCon InFest panelists who were present at the presscon were Paperbug TV’s Jako De Leon; Head of Social of Dentsu Aegis Network’s Jim Guzman; Spark It’s Managing Partner Kara Santiago; Blogapalooza’s CEO Ace Gapuz and Bea Evardone, the COO of Republiq Group of Companies.
They discussed about how they came up with Baicon Infest as a platform to put the spotlight on those already established influencers and content creators and make them even more relevant to the community as well as to build new content personalities that would become not just the next big household names but good influencers to the public as well especially to the youth. Another objective of Baicon is to gather creators and aspirants alike in an interactive environment where they can learn innovative ideas on how to be the next viral, social media star from each other. The panelist were also able to answer interesting questions from the media about the event and its future plans.
BaiCon InFest is made possible through the efforts of the biggest advertising agencies in the country, Dentsu Aegis Network, Spark It, and Blogapalooza, in partnership with Republiq Group of Companies and BaiTV.
