In one of the historic cities of the south, PrimeHomes Development Corporation will be launching its sixth and latest development Henaville Homes Carcar in Brgy. Tuyom, Carcar City, Cebu.
Last November 27, 2019, the groundbreaking and burying the time capsule were spearheaded by Carcar Vice Mayor Hon. Nice Apura, Tuyom Brgy. Capt. Joy Babao, PrimeHomes President and CEO Benedict Que, PrimeHomes Vice president Henry See, Member of the PrimeHomes board of directors Christopher Que, Project in-charge officer Melchor Rico and PrimeHomes General Manager Harold See, signifying the start of the construction.
In his speech, Benedict Que expressed his optimism about Carcar as it is located in the center between the Cebu city and towns in the south which could be the central development of further projects and commercial breakthroughs.
“So everything will be a nice future in Carcar. Wala tah masayop diri,” he remarked.
He also shared how their proposal was rejected two times and eventually was given consent after the third attempt as the City officials realized that for a community to grow, a housing component is needed, something that was offered by the PrimeHomes along with its earnest efforts of helping the barangay.
Henaville Homes Carcar is the first housing project in Carcar and a BP220 Economic Housing Project with an infused Socialized Housing Component. The Economic Housing Unit will be a two-storey townhouse with a lot area ranging from 45sqm to 93sqm and a floor area of 46sqm. The semi-finished house will have one car park, one toilet and bath and provision for three bedrooms.
The Socialized Housing Unit will be a two-storey rowhouse with a lot area of 40sqm and a floor area of 32 sqm. The semi-finished house will have one car park, one toilet and bath and a provision of two bedrooms.
All house exterior will have finished paint coating, attractive exterior accessories, and a roof. The interior will have a smooth concrete finish and initial white painted walls to give the buyers the discretion to install tiles and wall color of their choice. There will be no room partitions to provide flexibility in the sizes of the rooms.
The name Henaville stemmed from the initials of the members of the board of directors. PrimeHomes envisions Henaville Homes Carcar to have an overall Filipino theme with a touch of the historic Carcar city that could be the next Vigan.
Henaville Homes Carcar will soon boast the striking subdivision features as seen in all PrimeHomes developments: wide and inviting entranceway, guardhouse, basketball court, multi-purpose hall, rentable stalls with parking, street lights, perimeter fence, underground water system, underground drainage system, segregated garbage area, and wastewater treatment facility. Another feature to look out for in the Henaville Homes Carcar would be the 4.5km jogging path which is considered as a first for an economic housing subdivision of such size in the Philippines.
As a way to give back the community, PrimeHomes allocated 19% or 44 units out of 231 units to be socialized housing in contrast to the current mandate of only 15%. The remaining 187 units will be for the said economic housing.
Moreover, PrimeHomes fulfills the request of the Barangay and City Officials by installing a 1.5km drainage line, connecting Brgy. Tuyom Elementary School, Brgy. Tuyom High School and Brgy. Tuyom Senior High School to the nearest outfall.
