Former Cavite Congressman Gilbert Remulla urges the Region 7 parallel groups to protect the votes of presidential aspirant and former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and vice-presidential aspirant and Davao City mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio during the Parallel Groups Coordination Meeting on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at the Bayfront Hotel, Cebu City.
Remulla seeks the support of the parallel groups to be vigilant to prevent election fraud this coming May 9, 2022 elections.
Remulla is the head of the BBM-Sara parallel groups was joined by core group of BBM parallel groups for national headquarters Willy Lara, BBM Region 7 headquarters finance head Joseph Lo and the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas Region 7 secretary general Romulo Manapsal Jr. at the press conference table.
” The parallel groups plays a key role during the election. We will be asking them to show their presence at the polling center. We would like to call it as a Sea of Red project and call upon the supporters of BBM-Sara through the leadership of the parallel groups to go the polling centers and make sure no untoward incident outside the polling centers,” said Remulla.
Remulla added that the Parallel groups will be instrumental as well with the quick count that they will be conducting for the presidency and vice presidency.
Meanwhile, Lakas CMD Coordinator Angela Emphasis confirmed that the Grand Rally of BBM-Sara will be pushing thru on April 18, 2022 at the Citi de Mare in the South Road Properties in Cebu City.
According to PFP secretary general Manapsal that the venue can hold a crowd of up to 400,000.
