MANDANI BAY QUAY, the second phase of the landmark Mandani Bay community in Mandaue City, Cebu was topped off on Monday, January 15, 2023, amidst celebratory appreciation of the amazing feat that has been accomplished with this milestone.
The Topping-Off Ceremony is the first of its kind in Cebu. It is the first time that a project of this scale (four towers) is simultaneously topped off. The ceremony included a grand banner drop and massive fireworks display that enveloped all four towers. A Cebuano fiesta celebration, with cultural dances, an ode to the ongoing Fiesta Señor/ Sinulog 2024, followed at The Tent.
“To this day, we continue to have confidence in this great opportunity to craft something that will engender pride of place and set unprecedented standards in property development,” saidn HTLand President Frank Gaisano in a press statement.
The Mandani Bay Quay is composed of:
TOWER 1 (RESIDENTIAL) – most units with balconies, allowing residents to take in the refreshing vistas of the urban landscape and hillsides
TOWER 2 (RESIDENTIAL) – all units semi-furnished, giving residents a close approximation of the ideal Mandani Bay residential experience yet leaving room enough for customization
TOWER 3 (RESIDENTIAL) – all units fully-furnished, presenting the ultimate in convenience for homeowners; still leaving room for the homeowners to add touches of his personal style or transform the space into his dream home
ONE MANDANI BAY (OFFICE) – Sustainably-built and ecologically responsive, accredited with the Philippine Green Building Council’s BERDE Program and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the beginning of Mandani Bay’s advancement into becoming Cebu’s next business district.
At the heart of Mandani Bay Quay is the Active Zone, its amenity collective made up of mostly open spaces. The Active Zone provides residents of all ages with the enviable prospect of living a zestfully healthy life.
Together with Phase one of the development, Mandani Bay Suites, which has been fully turned over to unit owners, the ongoing construction of the retail strip and Mandani Bay Boardwalk, Mandani Bay Quay places Mandani Bay’s total investment for the masterplan project at P130 billion.
